With 35+ years of experience building, guiding, and scaling technical teams and solutions, Scott helps IT and NetOps organizations evolve into software-centric, resilient, and intelligent operations teams. His career has provided the depth and breadth of experience needed to lead technical sales organizations, including roles and partnerships with CTOs, Solutions Architects, Sales Engineers, Systems Engineers, Account Executives, Product and Engineering leaders, and other job functions. Scott is a frequent event speaker, host of the Total Network Operations podcast, and a co-founder of the Network Automation Forum (NAF).

PHILIP GERVASI

Phil is Co-Founder and Principal Network Architect at Solutional. With more than 20 years of experience spanning enterprise networking, data center architecture, observability, automation, and AI infrastructure, Phil helps organizations align technology strategy with practical business outcomes.

Phil has deep experience in enterprise and data center networking, observability, technical marketing, writing, and teaching. Throughout his career, he’s worked as a network engineer, solutions architect, consultant, and technical leader, helping organizations design and operate complex infrastructure environments at scale.

Today, Phil specializes in AI networking, data center fabrics, observability, and network automation. He is also a frequent industry speaker, writer, podcast host, and trusted advisor to technology vendors and enterprise organizations navigating modern infrastructure challenges.

James has over 30 years of leadership experience in software development, cybersecurity, SaaS, networking, and telecom. James brings big-company experience (Northrup Grumman, PWC, Intel, Symantec) as well as leadership roles in five start-ups. James has extensive experience in sales, product marketing, product management, business development, partnership development, channel, and M&A.
